Program for Adults with Special Needs

RISE is a ministry for adults with special needs.  We meet once a week for activities (art, music, dance, bowling, life skills), an engaging Bible lesson, and fellowship.  Periodically throughout the year, we take the RISE group to special events and fun trips.  The members of RISE working with trained mentors, serve in roles within the group.  This helps them feel and maintain ownership of their group.

RISE Training Program provides training to volunteers who may be interested in working with adults with special needs. Training will focus on the areas of autism, learning disabilities and other developmental issues.  Don’t let your lack of knowledge or fear of the unknown keep you from volunteering.  Sign up to receive the training you need so that you can serve in this awesome life-changing ministry!
